Such an amazing experience at the JHB Eye Lady! This was my first time visiting the practice and where does one begin? From the welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in, to the incredible decor and yet the attention to detail does not stop there! Candeece is so passionate about what she does and really listens to your concerns and understands your needs, that you just know you are in the right place. After struggling with an incorrect prescription for months from a previous place, Candeece really assisted me with sorting out my prescription and I could not be happier with the results. From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of the JHB Eye Lady and her beautiful practice. Candeece is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout the eye exam. She answers every question with ease and keeps the experience relaxed with great conversation while you wait. There’s also a fantastic variety of frames to choose from, which makes the whole process even more enjoyable. Both Candeece and Amalda are so helpful when it comes to finding styles that look great and fit perfectly. A lovely bonus is the Shopping Queen Boutique next door, perfect for a bit of browsing or shopping during your visit. From the very first time I drove in at The JHB Eye Lady it was a beautiful experience. I’ve never seen such an amazing space , and that was before I had my eyes tested 😉 I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Candeece’s front desk lady and assisted throughout the process. I was given the time to chat through my concerns and had everything explained throughout my appointment. When choosing my glasses I was given one on one time helping me to decide on which ones were best suited and was able to schedule another appointment to bring my husband along to help me decide. I felt 100% comfortable with my glasses and sunglasses I chose and have received many compliments since getting them. I highly suggest The JHB Eye Lady it was an awesome experience 🩵 ~ lianne B
