Such an amazing experience at the JHB Eye Lady! This was my first time visiting the practice and where does one begin? From the welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in, to the incredible decor and yet the attention to detail does not stop there! Candeece is so passionate about what she does and really listens to your concerns and understands your needs, that you just know you are in the right place. After struggling with an incorrect prescription for months from a previous place, Candeece really assisted me with sorting out my prescription and I could not be happier with the results. From the outset I was impressed. I was greeted and welcomed by the friendliest staff in what is best described as the funkiest colourful hall room. The actual eye test was thorough but not extremely long with modern equipment. Once again, a large refreshing space. I was blown away at the large variety of frames to choose from and really happy that their options included really funky ones. As I'm getting on in years I was wanting something fun and colourful. Candice listened and her suggestions ended up being the ones I settled on. She worked an amazing deal for me and medical aid. I was super excited to collect and happy with the final fit.
